The purpose of our group is to provide peer support, education, and networking opportunities to mental health professionals in private practice in the Denver Metro area. We welcome all types of private practice individuals: LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, psychologists, unlicensed psychotherapists, students in counseling programs who are interested in starting a private practice, etc.

Over the past year in my first paid job as a counselor, I have found myself wanting to meet other new counselors who I can call and vent to about the high stress of our jobs and discuss different therapeutic techniques. I'm learning how to balance being fully invested and passionate about this field with the right amount of self care.
